A Need For Personalization
After working with top, traditional advertising agencies for over twenty years, I noticed that small businesses and individuals were struggling to navigate through the ever-changing world of social media. Everyone agreed that they needed social media to network or promote themselves and their business but they were overwhelmed by the process or were simply too busy to manage it themselves.
I decided to apply my big-agency skills to support this untapped market. I set out to give my clients a personalized and organic approach to enhance their business needs.
Whether it’s a B2B tech company looking to increase sales, a CEO shifting careers looking to boost their presence as an industry leader, or an independent author launching their new book, there are many strategic options available.
My clients include fortune 500 companies, retail, B2B, real estate, legal, technology, authors/writers, travel agents and women owned businesses. My knowledge of the latest software keeps my finger on the pulse of the latest trends so that my clients reach their goals while receiving a little more bang for the buck.
Helping clients reach their goals became my passion...Analysis, research and strategy became my obsession. …and the rest is history.
What I Bring to the Table...
Creativity: When it comes to social media, creativity is so much more than creating an image for a post. It’s the ability to zero in on a target audience, understand who they are, and implement the best way to reach them. It’s about combining the right message, on the right social platforms, and scheduling them at the right time using the right words. Creativity is having an eye for design, and developing content that can showcase a message in an authentic voice.
Organization: Being obsessed with organization, and having a high level of efficiency, is a must. Everything from maintaining social media calendars, providing monthly campaign analysis and presenting everything in easy to understand presentations is my jam!
Writing: From captions, curated content, eye-catching headlines, to creating original articles, newsletters, and blogs, an articulate writing style, is the key to breaking through the clutter.
Data Analysis: To make sure a plan is working, a lot goes on behind the scenes. Tracking and monitoring social media activity not only helps to show progress but it also allows for continued improvements along the way. Analyzing a multitude of metrics, benchmarks and long-term reporting makes a campaign a success.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the latest software tools like Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Talkwalker, Canva, Adobe, advanced Excel, Buffer, Power BI, PowerPoint, Google Analytics and others allows the most accurate social listening, content creation, scheduling and data analytics.
Customer Service: Providing community management is another word for good ole customer service. Responding to inquiries, engaging with existing or potential customers in a Facebook group, or replying to comments on Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn are all forms of community management. Customer journey is at the forefront of so many business objectives, having thoughtful customer support is a must.
Adaptability: Social media trends are always changing. What’s hot today may not be tomorrow. Platforms are constantly changing their algorithms, so it is imperative to stay up to date on the latest trends, research, and best practices, to get your message or profile noticed.
